Before you buy
Neither. Commercial is a one-time software license for $149 per company. You host and operate Vigil. There are no per-seat or per-monitor license fees, and no expiring license key.
Yes. One license covers any number of clients served from your own installation. Delivering a separate deployment or source copy to a client uses one client delivery per license, with one included. See sections 1 and 2 of the license.
Every version published after your purchase is included at no further charge. Versions you have already obtained remain licensed under the commercial terms.
Every release becomes Apache-2.0 after twenty-four months, or earlier if twelve months pass without a new release. The grant takes effect automatically under section 8 of the license.
